❧ Ms. Lim brings her expertise in legal research and pharmacology to bear as an Associate in Troy Law’s employment litigation practice. ☙ 

Ms. Leanghour Lim is an Associate at Troy Law. She holds her Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School, and Master of Law in Intellectual Property Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School.

Prior to joining Troy Law, Ms. Lim has externed at the Appeals Division of the New York City Law Department, Office of Corporation Counsel, and Research Foundation for the State University of New York, where she researched legal and regulatory regimes for pharmaceutical catalysts recovery and recycling technology. She also served as an Assistant to Chief Executive Officer in a private pharmaceutical distributor company and an Assistant to Executive Director in a leading medical magazine where she gained her expertise and experience in pharmaceutical-related business and in pharmaceutical industry in Cambodia. She has been honored with the Cambodian Government Scholarship, A&H Fujimoto Scholarship, SUNY Buffalo Law School Scholarship, and Cardozo Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

Ms. Lim is a licensed pharmacist in Cambodia who ranked first among the 2014 cohort at the University of Health Sciences Cambodia, a top medical university. While there, Ms. Lim was a winner of the university’s English Public Speaking Contest and her team of three won a Kinal Prize Research Contest as first runners-up in 2013. While at the University, she was involved in “BioAsia,” a study of natural bio-insecticides from Cambodian plant biodiversity to control malaria and dengue vectors, a cooperation between Faculty of Pharmacy of University of Health Sciences Cambodia, Faculty of Agriculture of Kasetsart University Thailand and Faculty of Ethnopharmacology of Aix-Marseille France.

Sharing a broad international perspective, Ms. Lim has traveled to more than ten countries in South-East Asia, North-East Asia, Europe, and North America. She volunteered to raise  awareness of social issues and improve the community’s living quality. She will continue to do the same in the U.S. and currently join Troy Team to bring professional legal services to every clients and justice to all deserving clients.

Ms. Lim is bilingual in English and Khmer and is conversational in French.
