As a seasoned HR Coordinator with experience in Customer Service, Human Resources, and Staff Training, Ms.Troy also identifies talented professionals whose advocacy for employees and consumers stand out. She helps the team uphold justice through hard work, strategic planning, and deep-felt empathy for Troy Law clients.

Ms. Troy holds her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Pro Bono Scholar, Archibald Murray Public Interest magna cum laude awardee, and Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. She holds her BA, magna cum laude, in economics and in creative writing with honors from Columbia University, where she was a Core Scholar, Louis Sudler Prize recipient and “by-far-most-nominated” Phi Beta Kappa inductee of her graduating class. At Columbia, she was editor-in-chief of Portales, the Latin American & Iberian Cultures Department’s Research Journal, which published peer-reviewed academic pieces in Spanish, Portuguese, French, and English. She graduated from Stuyvesant High School, where she was awarded the Daniel Bergstein Memorial Scholarship; Walter P. and Lydia Hendricks Memorial Scholarship; Outstanding Scholarship, Leadership, Service & Character; Outstanding Achievement in Social Studies; and Excellence in Mathematics. Ms. Troy also studied Chinese literature and humanities at the Tzu Chi Academy, where she graduated as a valedictorian.

Ms. Troy is a New York State Unified Court System-certified interpreter in Mandarin Chinese and has interpreted for federal and state court conferences and hearings. She is fluent in Spanish.
